01 Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the RippleStep website and services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
02 Description of Service
RippleStep provides WordPress plugins that act as connectors between your WordPress site and third-party platforms such as Confluence, Intercom, Airtable, and similar platforms.
These plugins facilitate communication between your WordPress installation and connected platforms. After you connect, day-to-day content and business data are exchanged between your WordPress site and the third-party platform. You may connect using an API key (nothing touches RippleStep servers) or optional OAuth for easier setup (authentication only via auth.ripplestep.com). RippleStep does not store your synced content or claim ownership of it. See our Privacy Policy for details.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
03 User Accounts
If you create an account on our website, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information
- Maintain and promptly update your account information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account.
04 Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the Service without permission
- Collect or harvest information about other users without their consent
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
05 Intellectual Property Rights
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by RippleStep and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not modify, reproduce, distribute, create derivative works, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our express written permission.
06 User Content
This section refers to any content you submit to us through support requests, feedback forms, or other communications ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for the purpose of responding to your inquiries and improving our services.
Plugin data is not User Content
The data exchanged between your WordPress site and connected third-party platforms through our plugins is not User Content under these Terms. That data stays between your WordPress installation and the platform you connect. RippleStep does not access, store, or claim ownership over it.
07 Payment Terms
If you purchase any paid services or products, you agree to pay all fees associated with your purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
Subscription services will automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
08 Refund Policy
We offer refunds in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

09 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.
10 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIPPLESTEP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
11 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RippleStep and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
12 Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RippleStep operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, except where prohibited by law.
14 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
15 Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RippleStep regarding the use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
